EIGHTPASS DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

EightPass sells digital products only. No physical products are shipped.

Digital products may include digital artwork, artwork packs, collector releases, creative assets, downloadable digital media, or other digital products offered through the EightPass Platform.

Access is provided electronically after successful checkout through your EightPass account, collector archive, order confirmation page, email, download link, or another digital access method provided by EightPass.

Most digital products are made available shortly after checkout. In some cases, access may be delayed due to payment verification, fraud prevention review, technical issues, or account verification.

If a digital product includes promotional entries, those entries are credited electronically to the EightPass account or email used at checkout and may be submitted to eligible giveaways, subject to the applicable entry limit and Official Rules.

Promotional entries are not physical items, have no cash value, and are not redeemable for money, credit, or cash equivalent.

Because products are delivered digitally, please make sure your email address and account information are accurate at checkout.
